1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okayfun ("okayfun," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okayfun online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at okayfun.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. okayfun reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. okayfun makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, or mobile number used — are prohibited. okayfun reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). okayfun is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and proof of address. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okayfun will never ask for your password through any channel, including SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okayfun support immediately. okayfun will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting okayfun support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures before the account is closed. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

3.4 Account Suspension by okayfun. okayfun reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements; (b) the account is being used in violation of these Terms; (c) there is evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okayfun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your okayfun wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. okayfun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. okayfun reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. okayfun reserves the right to require additional verification where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

4.5 Player Funds. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from okayfun's operational funds. This means that your deposited funds are protected in the event of okayfun's insolvency, subject to applicable Philippine law.

4.6 Prohibited Transactions. You must not use the Platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. okayfun reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of being made by or on behalf of a third party.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. okayfun may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and validity periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. okayfun reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. okayfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes. All games on the okayfun Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by okayfun or any third party.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, okayfun reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. okayfun's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. If you are disconnected from the Platform during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. okayfun is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet connection or device.

6.4 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical return-to-player percentages for games available on the Platform are published in the game information sections. Actual results may vary from theoretical RTP over any given session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okayfun Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or payment fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Providing false or misleading information to okayfun at any time;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okayfun staff or other players.

okayfun reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the okayfun Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of okayfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. okayfun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform. You must not use okayfun's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. okayfun does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. okayfun will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okayfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

9.3 Cap on Liability. okayfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. okayfun is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties, including payment delays, game errors originating from third-party providers, or data handling by third-party services.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

okayfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Amendments to These Terms

okayfun reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okayfun will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact okayfun support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. okayfun will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

13.3 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated activities, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may also apply.

13.4 Waiver of Class Action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
